Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit?

What do we call the third person of the Blessed Holy Trinity? Holy Ghost? Holy Spirit? Are they synonyms or is there a substantive difference? What does the KJV, from which the phrase “Holy Ghost” most often comes, tell us about using “Holy Spirit?”
