How Korah die in Numbers 26? Was he swallowed up by the earth or was he consumed in fire that came from the Lord. Why does Moses say "those who died in the plague were twenty-four thousand" (Num 25:9) while St. Paul wrote, "In one day twenty-three thousand fell?" (1 Corinthians 10:8).

While studying what St. Paul wrote about head coverings in 1 Corinthians 11, we stumbled upon an apparent contradiction. When Paul writes that women should "pray and prophesy" with heads covered, what does this mean? What kind of prophesying is going on?
