Trinitarian Baptism or In the Name of Jesus?

Jesus tells His Apostles in Matthew’s Gospel to baptize “in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.” Yet in the Book of Acts the Apostles baptize people “in the name of Jesus.” Is there a difference and if there is, what does that mean for the scriptures?
